Best ER vet that keeps you informed and involved in your pet’s care and treatment. They don’t make you feel guilty or force you to get services that you aren’t sure about, and they are very clear with explanations of each procedure. The provide an estimate for treatment prior to anything being performed and treat you kindly, even offering water or snacks. The triage area is awesome and the staff is professional and caring. I would hope to never have to go back to an ER vet, but if I did, I’d have no problem choosing VEG Dublin.

My husband and I genuinely cannot find words to express how absolutely incredible the entire team at VEG ER was. Our pup, Woody, had a terrible stomach issue and started releasing blood. We were so concerned and upset. When we arrived, the team calmed our nerves, gave us a room to get comfortable in, a fan and waters. They ran all the tests and gave him the best treatment we could’ve asked for. They went above and beyond in some of the smallest ways like writing his name on the door with a heart and petting him/rubbing his ears and making sure he was comfortable even when he was sedated. They even clipped his nails and made sure his eyes didn’t get dry while he was out. It was like he was one of theirs. Again, we can’t thank them enough for what they do. A few days later and he is back to his silly self. Thank you VEG ER.

We had to put my children's dog Reggie down today. VEG ER was absolutely amazing at staying professional yet compassionate! I had an idea this may be coming kind of soon but, since she lived with their dad I had no idea today was going to be the day. Everyone involved was great throughout the process. Sometimes businesses fail at showing compassion due to this quite possibly being an everyday event for them BUT this business did not. They did an amazing job at displaying their compassion as well as explaining everything to us in detail. As this was an unexpected expense I was more focused on the cost than our pet in the beginning :( One of the employees made sure to let me know that I was able to worry about that afterward which then allowed me to focus on our furbaby! Thank you to each and every person we crossed paths with before, during and after. They were able to make the unfortunate experience as smooth as it could have possibly been. I truly wish I could give this place a MILLION stars x100 I want to thank them with every ounce of my being. My doggie 9 years old ate 2 ears of corn after we accidentally left the trash out and after speaking with my regular vet they thought he would be able to pass them on him own and he ended up pooping a ton of black blood. We rushed him here and with arms wide open they was ready to help! After multiple test and a huge sigh of relief my boy was in fact going to pass them on his own and he did! No more black blood and I’m pretty convinced he will be pooping corn for weeks lol…. Everyone was very hands on super gentle and very kind. I LOVE this place… I hope I never have to come again but if I do I’ll never choose another place. And I will always recommend this place to anyone!!! Only part that was a little sad was the price… and they didn’t seem like they was going to help until I agreed on the estimate and to pay

My cat Stewart was pretty sick, so I brought him to Medvet after he vomited blood. They were absolutely horrible. After waiting hours past when we were supposed to be seen, we left. I tried to get him in to OSU, but they were full and recommended VEG. I had actually never heard of them, but I haven't really dealt an emergency situation before. I called, in tears, and they immediately helped calm me down. Once I got there, they brought us back right away. They listened to all my concerns and addressed everything I mentioned. They were transparent about possible problems he could have, the costs of everything associated, and treatment plans. The vet we saw was Sarah. She's absolutely amazing! I couldn't praise her enough. Sarah and all the other staff were kind and compassionate. They were everything you would want or need in an emergency situation. I couldn't be happier about the experience we had and would recommend them every time! Thank you guys so much for helping our little guy out in his time of need. He's doing great thanks to you all!

If you are an anxious pet owner like myself, I cannot recommend this place enough. We took our boy Ares here after being misdiagnosed twice and him throwing up a lot in the span of a couple of hours. Our doctor (I completely forget her name I'm sorry!!) was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She saw us in less than 15 minutes after arrival and explained everything to me which made me feel comfortable about our decision. Our boy ended up having surgery through this company and they were so amazing with everything, they kept us updated through every aspect have done such a great job taking care of our boy. My cat is now 3 weeks post op and is doing the best he's been in well over a month!! I wish I would've brought him to VEG sooner, I'm so happy they made my boy back to normal!! (He now has the come off and is doing great :))

🙌🏾 I loved them.. when I just had to put my cat Lulu down! They were awesome and very caring. I didn’t know where else to go.. I had called around to multiple places and when I called Veg they heard me out and then Doc Rey herself talked to me and said to come in immediately. She told me she could tell I cared about my Lulu very much and that she would help me the best she could. They explained the situation and even though it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, I got to stay with her the whole time and they took care of my daughter & I with chips and drinks/juice and a coloring book while I was crying hysterically 😿 Honestly they were just want I needed in that moment and I didn’t even know I needed them. I went to the location in Dublin, Oh on Sawmill.

We can’t thank the team at VEG Dublin enough for everything they did for our dog, Theo. Theo was hospitalized for several days after ingesting xylitol, and from the moment we walked through the doors, the entire team treated him like he was their own. Every doctor, technician, and nurse took the time to explain what was happening, answer our endless questions, and keep us updated throughout every step of his recovery. There were moments when things felt incredibly uncertain, but they never stopped fighting for him. Their knowledge, compassion, and dedication gave us so much comfort during one of the hardest experiences we’ve ever been through. They celebrated every small win with us, were honest when things were difficult, and made sure Theo received exceptional care around the clock. We never doubted that he was in the best hands. On Friday, we were able to bring Theo home, and we know that’s because of the incredible team at VEG Dublin. We are forever grateful for the care, kindness, and expertise they showed our family. Thank you for giving us our boy back! 🤍

I’m so pleasantly surprised with the amazing treatment our kitty got at VEG ER in Dublin. We expected it would be a long wait and we’d be there for hours waiting for next steps. They got us in quickly and set up a plan and communicated efficiently with us. The docs and nurses were very kind and gentle with our cat. Keeping us updated while kitty stayed overnight and are still checking up after discharge. I had no worry about Kitty being in their care. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with us. I appreciate you guys helping our little guy. Word cannot describe how grateful I am! 🐈❤️‍🩹

Everyone at VEG were so kind and loving towards my cat Pandy. They were very attentive during his stay and did everything they could to save him. They even tried to make my birthday and Pandy's adoption day better with a nice balloon and cookies. Unfortunately, we had to talk about his quality of life and decided we did not want him to suffer anymore. They were amazing through the whole process. Thank you ladies for the love you shared with him during his stay! In case you wanted to see what a beautiful kitty he was... I attached some pictures.
